General Terms, Commissions

Before commissioning any work from me, you as a client are expected to review and agree to these terms before asking or purchasing a commission. I do background research on my commissioners sometimes, if any concerns have been raised within my Discord.I DO NOT PERMIT OR CONSENT FOR MY WORK to be used under ANY circumstances in trading or buying cryptocurrency, being used as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or being used to train any artificial intelligence algorithms.

💲 - I take payment through PayPal, Stripe and Ko-fi.
⏰ - Commissions are done as a Hobby of mine, as I work a Full-Time Job. As such, commissions can range anywhere from 2 weeks - 6 months completion after a sketch is done.
⏰ - Commissioners can ask for a Deadline! This costs an extra 3% - and can help me be motivated to complete a commission in a timely manner.🔸 - Commissions are usually not first come and first serve, and open via a google form. Sometimes I will contact others if they have been added to a ping list, which you can reach out and ask to be added.🔸 - I have the right to decline a commission or commissioner.
🔸 - I have the right to cancel (refund) a commission, should circumstances demand it. Circumstances include;
Poor Communication, Rude Behavior, Constant Pestering, Harassment, Real Life Issues, Health Issues & Burnout.🔸 - I only take payment after a sketch is completed and approved.
🔸 - Refunds price depending on the stage:
- After Sketch: 75% Refund
- After LineArt: 50% Refund
- After Colour: 25% Refund
No Refunds if an Art Piece is Completed!🔸 - You may request edits to only the sketch stage (For Free). Any major edits from there will incur an additional fee based on how much work and time it takes. Any major edits to a piece that's in the final stages (colour and rendering), will also result in a bigger additional fee.
🔸 - You may request to remain anonymous without a fee.✔️ - Commissioners can repost their commission to further promote my work (Portfolio, display on website, posted to social medias, etc)
❌ - Please do not upload my art onto e621. This is strictly the only website I don't want my work uploaded to for my own reasons.

Public Art / Fan Art

As some know I allow my Monster Hunter Fan Art to be used strictly as icons, banners, other such decoration WITH credit. Please do not claim my art as your own, and always link me back as the source. As well as please do not use my art commercially.

So as a quick bullet point breakdown:
✔️ - Please feel free to use my fan art Monster Hunter pieces for icons, banners anywhere as long as credit is used.
❌ - Do not use my art for YouTube Thumbnails.
❌ - Do not use my art for hateful imagery.
❌ - Do not claim it as your own, please as well do not trace, reference, or repost my bigger art pieces.

Adoptables

Adoptables are what you may see the most on my socials, and were at one point my main source of income. As such, they have their own set of rules that I would like people to use.

So as a quick bullet point breakdown:
✔️ - Remember to credit me as the designer of the character! It helps a lot in the long run.
✔️ - Please feel free to use my bought designs for anything, you have free reign after you've purchased my characters. I do not mind if they are used for NSFW, SFW art pieces, merch, banners, icons, YCH's, etc.
❌ - Do not resell the character for higher than it is, unless it has extra art pieces that have been commissioned, it's worth then can be increased.
❌ - Do not use my designs for hateful imagery.

General Info

Things that I am willing or unwilling to draw. As you know I draw mostly Monster Hunter characters, I am fine with drawing any monster and can give my best shot at! Please feel free to reach out and ask as well, if you are unsure with anything here.

I will automatically decline any commission / commissioner if I see them with:
❌ - Characters labeled as slurs such as: Futa, cboy, dgirl, etc. I am also hesitant to accept commissions from people referring to their characters as herms unless given more context.

Why do I have one?

In the past, I have accumulated some bad experiences with people who I don't wish to be associated with any more, or had personal problems or trauma with. I wish nothing but the best for them and have not reached out to them since certain situations, or have blocked / removed them from my socials! However, sometimes these individuals like to purposefully invade my space.
